Jordan Close
Broker
Jordan Close is the licensed Broker of Close & Calnan Real Estate Advisors, licensed since 2016. Born and raised in Lethbridge, Jordan focuses primarily on commercial and investment properties, with active work in property management and residential and rural transactions as well. A background in the trades and in facilities management and maintenance adds a practical perspective that clients on the investment-property side particularly value, from due diligence through ongoing management.
Matt Calnan, CPA, CMA
Strategy & Acquisitions
Matt Calnan supports Close & Calnan on strategy and acquisitions — underwriting, deal structure, and capital considerations. He does not provide real estate representation. Matt is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and the founder and Managing Director of Calnan Real Estate Group and the CORE Investment Fund, bringing a disciplined financial lens to underwriting, capital structuring, and portfolio strategy.
